On shelves now! I shot at Salt & Smoke behind Burial Beer in downtown Asheville, NC for Beer Advocate Magazine. The cover photo is a portrait I took of the co-owners of Salt & Smoke, chef Josiah and Shannon Mcgaughey. Inside are images of the featured dish which was smoked bone marrow with shallot jam, parsley salad, grilled baguette, and finely sliced lemon rinds and radishes. I got to eat it after the shoot and let me tell you... it was incredible! They made an instant fan out me. Also, at the bottom is a promo video for the article I shot for Beer Advocate.
